Package Two:  On the Day Coordination and Styling $4000

​

This package includes a Wedding and Event Planner and Stylist Team. This package also gives you access to our styling range at no additional cost, including the use of our Mobile Horse Float Bar, Lady Emma Rose.  Excludes fresh flowers and perishable items

What is Included:

​

  • Attendance of Myself (Vanessa) and the Impeccably Styled Events Team on your wedding day up to 6 hours. Start and finish times flexible. Additional hours to be negotiated.

  • Ensure all elements runs on schedule. Schedule to be designed and supplied by you.

  • Access to all of our hire range. Not including our ceramic charger plates or perishable items like fresh flowers, greenery, candles etc. These items incur additional costs.

  • My Team will set up and pack down any décor supplied by Impeccably Styled Events. Reception pack down will be negotiated with your venue as to their requirements eg: at midnight after reception has finished or the next morning.

  • Coordination with all vendors at both venues to ensure delivery, set up and commencement of services is on schedule.

  • Help organise bridal party before walking down the aisle.

  • Liaise with guests at the ceremony to direct them to their seats, refreshments and the reception afterwards.

  • Assist guests with anything they may need or any concerns they may have.

  • Reconcile last minute emergencies with Bridal party, guests or vendors

  • Ensure Bridal Party has everything they need at all times, remain hydrated and have eaten.
