Wedding Planning Packages
Package One: Full Wedding Package $8000
Full Planning, Styling and Orchestration
This package includes a Wedding Planner and Stylist Team and access to our entire décor range at no additional cost.
Our Full Wedding Package is designed to take all the stress, anxiety and exhaustion out of planning your wedding whilst bringing all your ideas together to create your wedding exactly as you envisioned it. You get the wedding of your dreams without becoming a nervous wreck and we do all the hard work for you.
Both myself and my Team, will liaise with all your vendors on your behalf, coordinate logistics and be the unseen presence in the background ensuring everything goes smoothly both on the day and in the lead up beforehand.
Unlike most wedding planners, this package also gives you access to majority of our styling range which is included at no additional cost.
This package includes:
Before the wedding day:

Unlimited face to face wedding consultations to discuss your design concept and wedding theme and bring those ideas together to create the perfect wedding where every element tells the love story of the both of you.

Unlimited phone and email communication. Our team is available 24 / 7. On those sleepless nights when you feel overwhelmed at 3am or a something unexpected pops up, I will answer your call and we problem solve it together.

Sourcing of venues and vendors in line with your wedding theme. This includes reception venue, ceremony venue, photographer, hire car, speciality props, catering, cake, dresses etc. As little or as much as you require.

Liaising with all vendors on your behalf.

Site inspections of confirmed venues. As many as required.

Scheduling of appointments for vendor consultations, catering tastings etc

Management of payment of vendors, contracts and requirements.

Design of wedding schedule and on the day running sheet and distribution of running sheet to all vendors. Your wedding schedule will include deadlines for payments, final details and confirmation details.

Access to our entire hire range. Not including perishable items like fresh flowers, greenery, candles etc. unless negotiated.
On your wedding day:

Attendance of Myself (Vanessa) and the Impeccably Styled Events Team on your wedding day up to 6 hours. Start and finish times flexible. Additional hours to be negotiated.

Ensure the Ceremony and Reception runs on schedule

My Team will set up and pack down any ceremony and reception décor supplied by Impeccably Styled Events. Reception pack down will be negotiated with your venue as to their requirements eg: at midnight after reception has finished or the next morning.

Set up and pack down of other vendors equipment and or styling
-
Coordination with all vendors at both venues to ensure delivery, set up and commencement of services is on schedule.

Help organise bridal party before walking down the aisle.

Liaise with guests at the ceremony to direct them to their seats, refreshments and the reception afterwards.

Assist guests with anything they may need or any concerns they may have.

Reconcile last minute emergencies with Bridal party, guests or vendors
-
Ensure Bridal Party has everything they need at all times, remain hydrated and have eaten.
Ceremony Décor will include:

2 plinths with non perishable centrepiece of your choice - to be placed at a location of your choosing

Package Two: Wedding Day Coordination and Styling $4000
This package includes a Wedding Planner and Stylist Team for the day of the wedding and access to our entire décor range for no additional cost.

Attendance of Myself (Vanessa) and the Impeccably Styled Events Team on your wedding day up to 6 hours. Start and finish times flexible. Additional hours to be negotiated.

Access to all of our hire range. Not including our ceramic charger plates or perishable items like fresh flowers, greenery, candles etc. These items incur additional costs.
